Common Terms

  • Check-In time is 3 p.m. and Check-Out Time is 11 a.m.
  • If our Check-In/Out timing does not suit your holiday program, kindly inform us about the same. Necessary room allotments can be arranged on prior information, subject to availability, and may be chargeable by us directly.
  • Cancellation or Alteration in bookings is entertained. But prior information is required before your Check-In date.
  • Please carry a valid government issued photo identity and address proof with you , EMIRATES ID, PASSPORT for Check-In Procedure. This process is MANDATORY.
  • The Credit/Debit Card Holder should be one the travelers, if not, then a letter of authority from the Credit/Debit Card holder is needed mentioning the he/she has made the booking for you and it must contain his/her signature, name and contact number.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservation contains or is resulted from a mistake or error. 
  • Room tariff is the best daily rate for that particular property which is the average of the daily rates for the number of nights requested. Daily rates do not include Taxes, Cleaning Fees (if applicable) and Service Charges.

TAX

  • VAT - UAE Govt charges 5% Value Added Tax on Daily Tariff and Service Charge.
  • Tourism Tax - AED (UAE DIRHAM) 10 per bedroom per night is charged as Tourism Dirham Fee as per Executive Council Resolution No. (2) of 2014 approving the Tourism Dirham Fee in the Emirate of Dubai.

Guest Rules

  • Guest shall refrain from committing any illegal activities or similar acts such as nuisance to the neighbourhood that may lead to police or other authority interference and shall take all precautions in all security and legal measurements.
  • The Company has the full right to report any illegal activities to the police or any other governing authorities in Dubai as deemed necessary by the law.
  • The Community Management reserves the right to evacuate the property should there is any established breach in adhering to the community rules and regulations.
  • Guests visitors must log in at the Concierge desk of the building.
    Waste is to be disposed in sealed plastic bags and thrown inside the garbage chute available on the apartment floor. It cannot be kept in corridors nor on the garbage room floor.
  • Parking violation, hanging things in the balcony as well as undisciplined behaviour in public places in The Community (Gym & Pool) won’t be tolerated.
    Minors under the age of 18 shall not make a booking or stay in the Company’s properties without an adult.
  • A fully refundable Security Deposit might be collected at the time of check in to protect against costs for any damages caused during your stay. If the amount of repair or replacement of any item exceeds the amount of security deposit then the management has the right to charge the additional excess amount. If no damages/loss of of items is found then the security deposit will be refunded at the time of Check Out.

A confirmed booking shall implies that the guest has accepted the above Terms & Conditions.
