To cancel a booking made through or website, in- person, phone call or our partner channels, it is necessary for you to send us a written notice of cancellation email at : ( contact@superhost.ae ). Please do make sure to specify the booking contract details (as mentioned in the Reservation Form).

Please be kind to note the below mentioned general cancellation/ refund rules will apply to all bookings made with SUPERHOST VACATION HOME RENTAL (by all means/ channels), unless, otherwise agreed in writing between the Guest and the Operator.

As far as the refund amount and cancellation charges are concerned, it depends on the number of advance nights we're notified about your cancellation (and such notification should be solely in written form) and the charges applicable are mentioned below:
